Graveside services for Andrew Jackson Myrick, Jr, 80, of Ochlocknee are 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Ochlocknee City Cemetery. The Rev. Johnny Cooper will officiate. Mr. Myrick passed away July 18, 2010 at his residence. Born April 15, 1930 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late Andrew Jackson Myrick, Sr and Dellie Mae Bodiford Myrick. On September 9, 1991 in Thomasville he married Sandra Graybar Myrick, who survives. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a self employed electrician. Other survivors include children, Johnny Myrick, Andy & Wanda Myrick, all of Thomasville, Cheryl White of Bainbridge and Mary & Jason Langtane of Thomasville; step-children, Johnny & Kim Phillips, Lee Jackson, all of Thomasville and Dawn Winkle of Arkansas; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Marcus (Mark) Myrick. Memorial may be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 818 Gordon Ave, Thomasville, GA 31792.
